Every member can contribute to the community and support our objective of contributing to closing gender gaps in leadership, pay and investment within the innovation, entrepreneurship and technology communities in Europe.

We provide opportunities for our members to support their own professional development and growth. Together with the board, many people have already joined this cause and are contributing actively to reaching our ambitious goals. As an ocean is made of drops, so is [email protected] made of its community and together we provide a powerful force to change our society to one that is more gender equal.

What we expect: members of our community have the responsibility to be amplifiers of [email protected] by:

  • Spreading the awareness about the community of [email protected],
  • Staying updated and participating in our initiatives, such as networking events, leadership series workshops, events profiling role models, etc.
  • Giving back to the community by contributing with simple activities such as helping in organizing the events, giving feedback on what can be improved in the community, proposing new speakers etc.
