Every member can contribute to the community and support our objective of contributing to closing gender gaps in leadership, pay and investment within the innovation, entrepreneurship and technology communities in Europe.
We provide opportunities for our members to support their own professional development and growth. Ambassadors
Who: enthusiastic members who are interested in leadership roles. Every member is eligible for this role, although it is most suited to early career professionals or students to test and develop their leadership skills. The most important attribute to succeed in this role is motivation.
What’s in for you: you will get to work in close contact with the [email protected] board, develop your skills such as communication, organization, and leadership and make a direct impact within the [email protected] community. You will also get access to a wide network of accomplished women and men who believe in the [email protected] values and can advise you along the way. Funding permitting, you will be invited to attend an annual 2-day leadership intensive event.
What we expect: ambassadors are the backbone of [email protected] We expect ambassadors to take the lead in an activity. This can be organizing an event, a campaign, collecting data and communicating about a specific issue relevant to the community. Ambassadors own the activity and are responsible for it as well as promoting the [email protected] cause and raising awareness of the issues women currently face. Ambassadors work in close contact with the community engagement managers and together ensure the continuous upskilling of [email protected] members through workshops, speaking events and networking opportunities. Funding permitting, ambassadors can apply for the budget to support their activity.
