About Us

[email protected] is led by volunteers passionate about promoting gender equality and women leadership and who are affiliated with diverse EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities. The current Board includes representatives from EIT Digital, EIT Urban Mobility, EIT Health and EIT InnoEnergy.

I realised there was a need and a specific opportunity for creating a female network within the EIT and, thereby, having an impact on all the students. Women can greatly benefit from all the opportunities the community provides and grow both professionally and personally. At the same time, we raise the awareness of men for the challenges faced by the minority in their field. Ultimately, empowering women lets everyone benefit, and it leads to a more equal world.
